Conferences:

All our conferences have a health focus with regards to safeguarding the vulnerable. The contents are carefully matched to relevant competency frameworks such as Safeguarding Children and Young People: Roles and Competences for Health Care Staff the intercollegiate document 2019 and Working Together to Safeguard Children 2018. Our conferences are designed as in depth interactive learning events. These serve as ideal opportunities to discuss the issues and challenges facing professionals, in relation to safeguarding the vulnerable.

Supervision:

Working to safeguard the vulnerable is demanding and can be distressing and stressful. All those involved in this work should have access to supervision. Our supervisors have up to date knowledge of the legislation, policy and research relevant to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the vulnerable.
